The US had its deadliest week of avalanches in more than a century when 15 people were killed in the natural disasters last week.
The deadly stretch from Jan. 30 to Feb. 6 was the worst since 1910, according to the Colorado Avalanche Information Center.
It included avalanches in Utah, Colorado, Montana, California, Alaska and New Hampshire.
