He doesn’t care.

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., responded to the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade if published by saying not only should Congress pass a law to legalize abortion nationwide, they should increase the size of the Supreme Court and add liberal justices, Fox News reports.

Schiff proposed what is commonly known as court-packing in a Wednesday evening tweet in which he said he is not concerned with how Justice Samuel Alito’s draft leaked to the press, as Republicans have expressed outrage over it.

“I don’t care how the draft leaked. That’s a sideshow. What I care about is that a small number of conservative justices, who lied about their plans to the Senate, intend to deprive millions of women of reproductive care,” Schiff said, according to Fox. “Codifying Roe isn’t enough. We must expand the court.”

The Democrat, who has been rumored as a possible successor to Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House if Democrats retain control of the House, did not say how many justices he would want on the court

  1. Of course he doesn’t, as long as it benefits his party. Imagine his reaction, if the shoe were on the other foot! It would have been tough Schiff all over the leakage.

Well, I do care, and so do great many other citizens.

  2. When it fits the immoral democrat agenda, whistleblowers/leakers are hailed as heros. If a Republican speaks out about democrat corruption and nepotism, they are immediately labeled as villains and fringe conspiracy kooks. These democrats play all American taxpayers for being useful idiots. There will be push back. There always is. And then thugs like Schiff & Nadler wonder why they will get trounced come November. Idiots.

  3. The original Adam Schiff had popping eyes. Masked actors cannot have this feature.

  4. Hey Pencilneck , we’re still waiting for you to produce your “evidence ” of Trump Russian collusion. You’re a disgrace to America and to my Jewish religion.
