Israel’s Foreign Ministry today issued a travel warning against travel to Russia, as Vladimir Putin’s regime faced an insurrection by a mercenary group.

The message advised Israelis “to weigh the necessity” of traveling to Russia and urged those in the country — an estimated 70 thousand people — “to weigh the essentiality” of remaining there.

Additionally, Israel’s Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said he had spoken to Israel’s envoy to Russia, Alex Ben Zvi, and that the Foreign Ministry was “preparing for all scenarios.”

There are an estimated 70 thousand Israeli citizens in Russia at the moment, Israeli officials said.

However the crisis in Russia appeared to be averted after the Wagner Group, whose mutiny against the Russian military hierarchy included mounting a march on Moscow, suddenly announced a pullback. –i24 News

  1. Most of those 70 thousand Israeli citizens in Russia are gentiles who don’t care about Judaism or Tzionism. Many of them are spies for Putin or Zelensky ימח שמו.
