As the New York State budget negotiations enter their final week, we ask that you take a few minutes to reach out (by phone or e-mail) to Governor Andrew Cuomo; Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver; Senate Co-Leaders Dean Skelos and Jeff Klein asking them to enact, and allocate significant funding for, the Education Investment Tax Credit Bill. This bill would provide a tax credit for donations to public schools and to scholarship programs for students attending nonpublic schools, including yeshivos.
