News that police officers would be charged over the death of Freddie Gray brought celebrations throughout Baltimore on Friday afternoon.
“I’m exuberant. I’m happy. I’m every positive word you can think of,” said Kevin Moore, who filmed Gray’s arrest. “I finally made a difference in the world.”
Moore was overwhelmed with joy on the news of the indictments of six Baltimore police officers in the death of Gray. Moore’s video of Gray’s arrest at Gilmor Homes has been seen around the world.
