The body of IDF soldier Staff Sergeant Adiel Binyamin Fishler was located Motzei Shabbos at a training area near the Shizafon military base in southern Israel.
The body was found by Bnei Or soldiers, who have been working to locate Fishler since he disappeared on Thursday.
Military police have opened an investigation into the event.
