Two antisemitic incidents took place in Boro Park late Friday night, as part of a continuing trend of anti-Semitic attacks in the city.

The first incident occurred in the area of 14th Avenue and 51st Street, where a group of rowdy individuals jumped out of their vehicle assaulted a passerby, fleeing when the victim’s screams got the attention of residents in the area.

In a similar second incident, which was caught on nearby surveillance video occurred at the intersection of New Utrecht Avenue and 53rd Street where the group came upon a pedestrian and assaulted him.

Several assaults on Jews in Williamsburg and Boro Park led to the New York City Police Force adding patrols in Jewish areas over the Yomim Tovim but the extra law enforcement presence has dwindled back to regular in the days since.

The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force tweeted that it “was notified of anti-Semitic incidents in #boropark,” and encouraged “victims or witnesses to report to the @NYPD66Pct.”

Anyone who may have witnessed either of the incidents or has any details is urged to contact Boro Park Shomrim at 718-871-6666.

  1. Time to ressurect the JDL.
The mayor is too busy fighting Trump and other Progressive nonsense.

Even if these thugs are caught I doubt they will ever be sentenced given how our Woke mayor and the City Council have gutted law enforcement and the courts.

  2. Instead of sending law enforcement to confront these attackers, it would be better to sit down with these thugs and negotiate a fair deal that would allow them to continue some of their hateful activities, in return for a reduction of some of those hateful activities. This is the philosophy that is being employed with regards to Iran, and it would also be a good strategy to use with these attackers. Confronting the enemy is never a good idea. It is better to feed their ego and give them a sense of empowerment, as this, no doubt, will help reduce the attacks somewhat.

  3. Time for two things:

A good ol fashioned chaptzem where they beat the blank out of these sons of dogs. Teach them a lesson.

The other thing is a visit to 16th and 59th like there was that Shabbos in 1978 or so.

    Enough is enough!
