[Video below.] Early this morning, a Jewish man was on his way to shul with his tallis and tefillin when he was assaulted in what is possibly hate crime.

Shomrim responded swiftly to the scene and apprehended the suspect, a Church Avenue car service driver, who was then taken into police custody.

Meanwhile, Hatzolah transported the victim to the hospital with minor injuries.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force was notified of the incident and is investigating.

  1. WHY ARENT THESE MAKEBELIEVE MEN TRAINING SOME SELF DEFENCE. KING DAVIDS ARMY WAS THE MOST POWERFUL.
I TAUGHT YESHIVA STUDENTS AWAYS BACK, AT RABBIS REQUEST, WHO WERE GETTING HARRASSED. Inside of 6 months they were confident enough to stand up to the JEW HATERS AFTER 2 OR 3 CONFRONTATIONS THE WHITE VIKING BARBARIAN ”friendly loving xtians” NEVER CAME BACK.
YOU’RE GONNA GET HIT SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET YOUR BLOWS IN ALSO

    • Hey Dacon, while I’m a major proponent of learning how to fight, there are more issues at hand:
      1) The street animals will pick up on someone who is weaker, outgunned or outnumbered. In this case an assailant picked on what looks like a sixty year old man, who would still be at a disadvantage due to his age, even if he did have some fight skills. Perhaps carrying and using a weapon would even out the playing field, but then the victim would be pursued by the corrupt fascist-liberal NY justice system more than the assailant – still is worth it: better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
      2) Most street fights are not done per UFC rules: they are rarely 1 on 1. Hence, besides learning individual fighting skills, it is crucial to learn how to fight as a group. Even two weaker guys can take down a stronger guy if they fight as a unit. Of course, in order to fight as a unit, a major psychological adjustment has to take place, which would start with viewing oneself as a part of Am Yisroel, as opposed to an individual trying to save his individual glutes. Then again, if we did achieve this unity of Am Yisroel, we would not have Sinas Chinom, hence would automatically be saved from Golus.

  2. This is going to cause the resurrection of JDL and vigilantism. It’s not going to be pretty. The yishmaelim have a huge presence in Brooklyn. If they think they are going to start randomly beating up Jews on the streets, they will be in for a surprise.
    Hashem should watch over us.

  3. The perpetrator is not so bad! He didn’t mean it! He’s sorry! Perhaps if we didn’t do Kaparos and if the women were more careful in Tznius and we were more careful in…. whatever, it would not have happened! Bla…Bla….Blaa!!!

  4. Hashem getting back at the community for making a massive chilul hashem a week ago. How ironic that the community that trashed the NYPD suddenly needs their assistance

    • Hey 1:03 Judenrat, who needs NYPD assistance? NYPD did not stop the assault. Chances are NYPD won’t classify this as a bias crime. It is feeble minded traitors like you who are making Chilul H.

    • Whoever was stupid to trust church cars all these years?????
I used them once on a local trip and paid a heavy price. NEVER EVER do i use them again.
At least uber, one can cancel driver before they come if you don’t feel safe with them. Any cash car service you can’t.
Church cars is long known to have amongst their team anti semitic and abusive drivers.

    • There are many stories where church ave drivers didn’t behave professionally when picking up jewish passengers. They have been discriminating for a long time. Why anybody would use them is beyond me.

  5. Remember! Not to patronize CHURCH AVE. car sarbiss! True they have the best prices but they have to feel the pain of hiring this driver.

  6. Did he use the car service and then get out of the car without paying? Not condoning what happened. Just saying. There are always 3 sides to every story. His side, his side, and the truth somewhere in the middle.

    • Someone with a few ounces of brain who sees the videos could decide that it was a random antisemetic attack from a radical mooooooslim

    • If you read the article and see the video clips circling virally all out there you will see. The innocent yid walked to shul. He heard a car make a sudden short stop, he turned to see and the next min he was the reason for this short stop.. he got randomly beaten for being jewish.

    • Third degree assault, no bias crime: a misdemeanor – probably six months probation for the assailant. If a Jew would fight back and win, the victim would be charged with a bias crime and face some felony charges. Still better to end up in jail than in a cemetery. Welcome to NYC “justice” system.

  7. I would Reprimand the delivery guy standing next to the Yellow truck; if you watch him closely you can see how he saw everything happening and did nothing… that’s called complicite…

  8. why are the streets of BP so empty at 7:30am?????? This is the center of BP. In eretz yisroel 7:30am the streets are full…..

  9. ‘…..Meanwhile, Hatzolah transported the victim to the hospital with minor injuries….’

    Beaten to a PULP. Sheker….Sheker….Sheker

Your reporting is no better than CNN

    • Hey 6:11, do you realize that only in the movies a person gets knocked down and then wakes up 10 minutes later as good as new. In real life a strike to a head can cause severe brain damage and life long consequences. In reality, you can’t tell if the injuries are “minor”(bet if it was you, you wouldn’t call even a scraped pinky minor) or severe without a complete medical exam including a neurological examination. Hence, when a person was hit in the head, you should automatically assume the worst until cleared by a neurologist, an orthopedist, got your CT scan and perhaps an MRI examined properly, etc.

  10. At least the yid was Baruch H-shem not injured seriously. The perpetrator could have killed him or cause internal bledding, or ever worse. Luckily, it wasn’t. Bh.
