Sen. Chuck Schumer will serve another term as Senate majority leader after Democrats unanimously reelected the New York lawmaker today. Schumer has served as majority leader since 2021 and now heads into his fifth term as a senator, USA Today reports.
Democrats secured their Senate majority in last month’s midterm elections, following Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto’s win in Nevada.
With Sen. Raphael Warnock winning reelection this week in a Georgia runoff to keep his seat, the party raised their majority to 51-49 from a previous even split, giving Democrats and Schumer more legislative control. But Schumer will also have to contend with a divided Congress, after the GOP flipped enough seats in the midterms to take back House majority at 221-213.

Thanks you Trump. Another success for the Democrat’s secret plant inside the GOP
ONLY IDIOTS STILL FALL FOR FAKE NEWS PROPAGANDA.

For those of you who voted DemocRAT or didn’t go out to vote: I hope you get what you deserve, tyranny.
I voted for Joe Pinion for US Senate seat in NY against Schumer.
He is definitely a proud man! His daughter is married to a wife and so he, in his own family, he, the one who brags that he is the “SHOMER” has a daughter who is married to a wife!
Nauseating
It’s only nauseating for gullible sheeple who believe the lying media. Schumer was coronavirus a while ago.
