President Trump today pardoned “Scooter” Libby, Dick Cheney’s former chief of staff, who was convicted in March 2007 in the case of the leaked identity of a CIA agent.
“I don’t know Mr. Libby, but for years I have heard that he has been treated unfairly,” Trump said.
