For the first time ever, this Chanukah a grand Menorah greeted fans at MetLife Stadium, set up by Chabad of the Meadowlands.
MetLife Stadium will be hosting thousands of Orthodox Jews on January 1st, 2020, for the 13th annual Siyum Hashas event.
The new American Dream Mall in New Jersey also kicked off Chanukah with the help of Chabad, hosting a Menorah lighting at their ice skating rink, led by Rabbi Yitzchok Lerman of Chabad of the Meadowlands.
The Hockey stick Menorah was on loan from Rabbi Zalman Grossbaum of Friendship Circle in Livingston, NJ.
Rabbi Yitzchok and Bina Lerman are the shluchim to the Meadowlands, and the Rabbi and Rebbetzin of Cong. Beth El in Rutherford, NJ.
