A fourth check, which is unlikely to be agreed upon in August, would follow the three previous payments sent during the pandemic.

So your headline is misleading. There is NO 4th stimulus check that is being sent out, for now! Even the democrats did not approve of one.
I read the caption the article twice. Making sure I understand what is being related. I haven’t seen anywhere else or in any news outlets about this.
