It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of habochur Chaim Levi Gruner z”l. He was 28 years old.
A resident of Lakewood, NJ, Chaim Levi was a son of R’ Dovid Yehuda and Chavy Gruner.
Chaim Levi spent his life battling all sorts of medical issues, but the sweet neshamah that he was, he really spent his life inspiring others and lifting them up with his smile, his joy, and his love of others.
Despite living a life of challenge, Chaim Levi had a love of life, and of people, and he exuded that ahavah always.
So many people who dedicated time and effort to be mechazeik Chaim Levi found that, in fact, it was they who walked away mechuzak, calling Chaim Levi their “rebbi” in emunah, bitachon and simchas hachaim.
His petirah leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
The levayah will be held on Sunday at noon at Yeshiva Mayan Hatorah, located at 101 Milton Street in Lakewood, NJ. Kevurah will follow at 5 p.m. at the Vizhnitzer Bais Hachaim in Monsey.
The family will be sitting shivah at 35 12th Street in Lakewood, NJ.
