Israel’s National Security Council announced that the release of hostages will not occur until Friday.

The council emphasized that ongoing negotiations are progressing toward the release, and the commencement of the process aligns with the original agreement between the involved parties, adhering to the scheduled release on Friday. This adjustment contrasts with the earlier anticipation of the hostages being freed on Thursday, although no explanation was provided for this change in the timeline.

The anticipated hostage deal faces a 24-hour delay as it awaits signatures from the Hamas and Qatar representatives, according to an Israeli official. Expressing optimism about the plan’s implementation upon the signing of the agreement, a political correspondent for Kann News cited the Israeli official, who stated that families would be informed once the agreement was finalized.

  1. wow we live in very scary times…negotiating with terrorists is the last thing anyone should be doing. I can only imagine what will happen in the future. It doesn’t make any sense…. Hashem is the One controlling everything.
