IDF Arrests Five Suspects Trying To Cross Into Israel From Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Sunday it arrested five suspects as they tried to covertly cross into Israel from Lebanon last night.

The five were apprehended as they tried to make it over the security fence, the Israeli military said. AFP reported that the five were thought to be Sudanese.

According to the Times of Israel citing an army spokesperson, the detainees seemed to be hoping to find some work in Israel.
