An indictment was filed on Thursday against Muhammad Kabha, a Palestinian accused of murdering a settler woman in late 2020, the IDF said.
The indictment follows weeks of intense investigation of the crime, which saw Kabha attack Esther Horgan, a 52-year-old mother of six from the West Bank settlement of Tal Menashe.
The charges against him include intentionally causing death and conspiring to open fire at a person, with Kabha planning to kill an Israeli for over a month ahead of the attack after his friend died in an Israeli prison.
