Sirens warning of incoming rockets blared a short while ago in both Yerushalayim and Tel Aviv. This was a result of an attack by terrorists in the Gaza Strip, who fired long-range rockets toward Israel’s major urban centers, marking potentially the most extensive barrage since the initial assault on October 7.
In these regions, numerous deafening explosions were heard.
Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of injuries or significant damage.
These rocket attacks occurred precisely as the opening session of the Knesset was underway. Knesset legislators and other participants were forced to seek refuge in the Knesset bomb shelters, thereby causing a delay in the session.
