Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Israel to continue his effort to haul the Israeli-Palestinian talks out of their impasse.
Today, he will meet with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu in Yerushalayim and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas in Bais Lechem.
At a wreath-laying ceremony at the grave of late Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin Tuesday, Kerry said “America would stand by the side of Israel every step of the way.”
Netanyahu will raise the Iran issue at their meeting.
