It’s someone at the door, coming to collect tzedaka before Purim. Of course it’s a great thing to give to the small collectors and yeshiva bochurim who come to your door. But how do you know that the place where you’re donating is *really* legit? And how do you know you’re doing the mitzvah of matanos l’evyonim correctly?
There are few matanos l’evyonim programs that have a more trusted & esteemed reputation in Eretz Yisroel than Rav Aharon Kass’s. Each year, on Purim, money is brought to poor families that desperately need our help to make it through the year to come. This year, the financial situation in Israel is desperate.
