Former Israeli prime minister Yair Lapid on Sunday said the current judicial reform should be put to a national referendum.

“This is not a serious effort to have a conversation about their proposed legislation, it is a bunch of thugs who are attempting to evade justice,” Lapid told Ynet. “If the ministers are so sure they have the support of Israelis that they claim to have, let’s ask the public in a referendum. That is the logical step before changing Israel from a democracy to a non-democratic state,” he said.

  1. He is a pure socialist. He should always keep in mind that there was an election by the people of Zion-Land and HE LOST. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

  2. Lapid, do you know why you were the interim prime minister without an election? For the same reason “Biden” is now the interim “president” in the US: to keep the calm. If the leftists, the troublemakers, the Democrats, are quiet, President Trump, the current Commander in Chief, can continue his work of the Draining the Swamp.
