This was in response to a post by a woman named Deganit, which stated, “My daughter updated live from her school that a vote was held today on whether to install mezuzos in the classrooms. Many teachers objected on the grounds that it hurts the feelings of students from other religions and suggested hanging lehavdil a cross as well. The students voted for mezuzos.”
“I was shocked to read Deganit’s message that teachers objected to installing mezuzos in a school,” Regev wrote.
