Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) forecast “riots in the street” if former President Donald Trump were to be criminally charged over the cache of classified documents hauled out of his Mar-a-Lago estate by federal agents earlier this month.
“If there is a prosecution of Donald Trump for mishandling classified information after the Clinton debacle… there’ll be riots in the streets,” Graham, who has remained one of Trump’s staunchest allies, said in a Sunday Night in America interview.
The senator also said in the same Fox News appearance that Trump was treated with a “double standard” by law enforcement, simultaneously resurfacing claims that the FBI were told to “slow down and back off” President Joe Biden’s son Hunter in the months preceding the 2020 presidential election. “Most Republicans, including me, believes when it comes to Trump, there is no law. It’s all about getting him,” Graham said. After the interview segment aired, it was clipped and posted to Donald Trump’s Truth Social account on Sunday night.
You don’t need a prediction or to be a rocket scientist for something that’s common sense. The country is with Trump and will stick up for him all the way.
Lindsey is spreading hateful rhetoric. We will pay him a visit.
Is lindsey trying to lead them into a trap? Will they now indict Lindsey for insurrection/Incitement/Trump offences? By now there must be a “Law” called Trump, which when violated, causes all kishke to break loose!
All the more reason to indict Trump. Now we can blame him for future riots as well for getting indicted and inciting his base to another insurrection. On the other hand, if Trump is not indicted, BLM, PETA, LGBT, and the Green Team (AKA Go Green) would all Riot. This would be significantly more dangerous as these minority groups represent the clear majority. Thus, there would be a significantly higher numbers of rioters (and on top of that they are very experienced and capable of creating severe consequences for the minority Majority.
