A man was arrested outside the White House Tuesday with a loaded gun inside a vehicle, the Secret Service said.
The incident was first reported as a suspicious vehicle in the area of 15th Street and New York Avenue, NW, according to authorities.
43-year-old Bryan Mchugh of Alexandria, Virginia was charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and ammunition as well as carrying a pistol without a license.
