Israeli security forces were continuing their hunt on Monday for the Palestinian terrorist who shot dead two Israelis in an industrial zone in the northern West Bank a day earlier, detaining members of his family for interrogation.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) identified the fugitive gunman on Sunday evening as Ashraf Waleed Suliman Na’alwa from the northern West Bank village of Shuweika, near Tulkarem.
Na’alwa was an employee at the factory in Barkan, some seven kilometers west of the settlement city of Ariel in the northern West Bank, where the brutal shooting attack took place. He held a valid work permit and had been absent from work in the days leading up to the attack, the army said.
