The judge in Derek Chauvin’s murder trial slammed Rep. Maxine Waters’ call for protesters to “get confrontational” if the ex-cop is cleared in the death of George Floyd on Monday — saying it could lead to the whole case “being overturned.”
The stunning remarks came as the city of Minneapolis braces for unrest while the jury deliberates in the case.
Defense attorney Eric Nelson had urged Hennepin County District Judge Peter Cahill to declare a mistrial, arguing that “an elected official, US Congressperson” made statements that “I think are reasonably interpreted to be threats against the sanctity of the jury process” and had the effect of “threatening and intimidating the jury.”
Cahill denied the motion but told Nelson, “I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned.”

The airline staff are 100% WRONG if his side is the whole story but the best bet is to not take your mask off even to eat before the plane is away from the gate when the airline crew are not hawk-inspecting every passenger for mask compliance or better yet wait until take off. all these incidents have happened before takeoff and once up in the air they cant do anything so they may make a comment here and there but the chucking power is gone and the staff is not walking up and down the aisle looking for someone to pick on. Especially if u wearing a keepa be smart and remember you are dealing with people who have been given more power than they ever came close or imagined to having their entire life and are more than eager to use it and massage their ego this guy wasn’t smart for being all busy with the principle of the matter just comply and stop being all making an issue unless they didn’t even give him a warning but if they did and he argued that he was eating then don’t be too smart for your own good
