  1. De Blasio singlehandedly destroyed our city. He couldn’t have done it without the support and votes of the Satmar community. He doesn’t need them anymore and their shortsightedness brought them them this reaction. Don’t cry now.

I am a cousin of the tzadik rabbi mertz so I come at this in totally objective way.

  3. I beg the readers to share two lists. One of tovos BDB did for the Jewish community in his tenure thus far. The second of accomplishments for the better of New Yorkers. My perception is that he struck out on both lists. I tried and couldn’t find a single thing for either list. It’s that legacy that insured the mayor of the largest city in the country a zero showing in his campaign for president. I can’t wait for his retirement.

  4. The Mayor has a nice haircut. How did he get one? Isn’t that against social distancing? Did he give a fine to the barber when he finished?

  5. VOR, you could be right. There is reason to assume he is just not fit for office.
His roots in the city two decades ago was with local Chassidish Politicians. He was not an anti-Semite then and he most probably didn’t change. When the needs of millions of New Yorkers land at his feet each day it takes its toll.

I don’t think he is an intentionally bad person. He is misguided but mostly just not fit for office as mayor of the most diverse and largest city no the world.
