High School history teacher Ana Luisa Nevárez dressed up as Hitler in class, made her students perform Nazi salutes, commissioned a custom Hitler doll, and shot students with a faux gun, reports StopAntiSemitism.

Jewish students’ complaints were ignored by both Nevárez and administrators.

The report noted that this has been going on for years and Nevarez continues to be the recipient of annual teaching awards.

This is not the only anti-Semitic incident reported at a Mexican educational institution in recent days.

In the other incident, Irene García Méndez, the teacher, told a “joke”: “What is the difference between a pizza and a Jew? A pizza doesn’t scream when it’s put into the oven,” joked a teacher to her class at Mexico City’s Center for Higher Studies of San Angel University (CESSA) last week.

The only student to protest the joke was a Jewish student.

A video of the zoom class was shared online by entrepreneur and podcaster Adin Chelminsky and the NGO StopAntisemitism.org. Several students can be seen in the recording laughing at Méndez’s joke.
