Brenda Delgado, 33, has been detained by Mexican authorities in the city of Torreon. Delgado was on the FBI’s Most Wanted list for fugitives for allegedly killing her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend in Texas.
She is being held in Mexico City awaiting extradition.
The victim was Dr. Kendra Hatcher, a dentist.
As a result of extradition terms between the U.S. and Mexico, the death penalty will not be allowed. Read more at ABC News.
