Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will ask Israeli parliamentarians for immunity this week, Hebrew-language Channel 12 reported on Saturday.
Netanyahu is facing charges of fraud, bribery and breach of trust under indictment announced by Israel’s Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit.
Channel 12 reported earlier this month that Israel’s longest-serving premier will request immunity by the end of December.
