New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration announced a new policy yesterday allowing parents of special needs children to lock in reimbursement rates for three years at a time, rather than having to renegotiate a new settlement each year, KOL HAOLAM reports.
Until 2014, frum parents had to spend thousands of dollars defending their choice to place their child in an appropriate setting. De Blasio changed it that year, ending most court cases against such parents. Yesterday, he broadened it to allow for a three-year contract.

I’m sure it had “”nothing”” to do with Simcha Felder shaming him to pieces at the public hearing two weeks ago that he promised to get yhis done and like so many of his promises it remained unfilled.
I don’t like DeBlasio.
