There are now more than 100,000 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in New York City, officials said Sunday.
The city Health Department reported a new tally of 103,208 by Sunday afternoon, or 4,900 overnight.
The city also racked up another 531 deaths in the past 24 hours, for a grim total of 6,898, authorities said.

Right now, Medicare has determined that if you have a COVID-19 admission to the hospital, the hospital will get paid $13,000. If that COVID-19 patient goes on a ventilator, the hospitals get $39,000; three times as much!
