Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) spoke with the nation’s top general about options for preventing President Trump from launching a nuclear weapon during his final days in office, she said Friday.
In a letter to colleagues reflecting on the week when pro-Trump rioters breached the Capitol, Pelosi outlined a call with Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark Milley that she described as aimed at “preventing an unhinged president from using the nuclear codes.”
“This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike,” she wrote. “The situation of this unhinged president could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.”
Pelosi’s letter gave no indication on what Milley’s response or advice was. Spokespeople for the Joint Staff and the Pentagon did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Launching nuclear weapons is exactly what the Deep State would do on their Inauguration had they won.
The Democrats and Deep State are panicking bigly and want President Trump impeached right away because he said he’s declassifying EVERYTHING. In other words, revealing publicly the heinous crimes of 1/2 million elite criminals globally. Hence, the lockdowns worldwide because “coronavirus is very, very intense now”. Officially fake news say they want him impeached now even though he’s leaving in a few days because if he’s impeached he won’t be able to run in 2024.
I’m pretty sure that’s not within her powers as a speaker. She’s so out of line.

Pelosi has no power to instruct a General to ignore the president. — If she tried to lead the military to disenfranchise a sitting president then she would be leading a military coup.
The media knows that her phone call was inappropriate and meaningless and yet they report it as if it was a serious conversation to save the country from an “unhinged” president.
