Last week, a 17-year-old Jewish girl was knocked to the ground by a male suspect in the area of 18th Avenue and 60th Street in Boro Park, Brooklyn. The suspect then attempted to assault the girl, who fought him off.
The perp fled the scene and later committed a second assault on the F train on the NY Subway.
Tonight, the NYPD’s Special Victims Unit has announced that the suspect is in custody thanks to the efforts of the personnel of the 66th Precinct and the Brooklyn Special Victims Unit. The suspect is 28-year-old Thomas Chumil of Midwood.

He’ll be out tomorrow, courtesy of DA Alvin Bragg, so he can commit some more offenses on all the NY trains, not just the F train.
Brooklyn has a different DA who’s not soft on these crimes. No misdemeanor and desk appearance ticket in Brooklyn for this perp.

Alvin Bragg is the DA of Manhattan, not Brooklyn.
I’m sure he is out already, without any bail and if he is a minority, you are correct that Bragg will not bother with him since his victim was apparently white.
