The Food and Drug Administration has formally approved Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. The widely anticipated decision replaces the emergency use authorization granted by the agency last December.
This is the first COVID-19 vaccine to be subject to a full review by the U.S. regulator and to get an approval that puts the vaccine on par with other marketed vaccines.
The full approval could make it easier for employers, the military and universities to mandate vaccination and may reassure some people hesitant about the vaccine.
“While this and other vaccines have met the FDA’s rigorous, scientific standards for emergency use authorization, as the first FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, the public can be very confident that this vaccine meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product,” acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock said in a statement.

So if someone takes this deadly Pfizer vaccine and dies as a direct result, can they sue the FDA?
No. Part of the agreement of this deadly Pfizer experimental vaccine is you can’t sue anyone and many insurance will not pay.
How did FDA insure that there are no long-term side-effects if they didn’t test it long enough to be able to determine absence of the long-term side-effects???! Another nail in the public trust of the establishment institutions! Fauci and Co did more for the flatearthers, foil-hatters, pre-covid antivaxxers and aliens greeters than anyone could have done. Now that we have witnessed the corrupt circus they call FDA and CDC, why shouldn’t we reexamine everything else that came from them – now I can’t really make fun of the pre-covid antivaxxers anymore. It is scary indeed when the public can’t trust the thoroughly-politicised public-health institutions. What is going to happen to the world, are we descending into the new dark ages?!

Additionally, the FDA conducted a rigorous evaluation of the post-authorization safety surveillance data pertaining to myocarditis and pericarditis following administration of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and has determined that the data demonstrate increased risks, particularly within the seven days following the second dose. The observed risk is higher among males under 40 years of age compared to females and older males. The observed risk is highest in males 12 through 17 years of age. Available data from short-term follow-up suggest that most individuals have had resolution of symptoms. However, some individuals required intensive care support. Information is not yet available about potential long-term health outcomes. The Comirnaty Prescribing Information includes a warning about these risks.

Obviously, because not enough people were taking it with its EUA status.
The observed risk of the vaccine is far less risky then the observed risk of not taking the vaccine; death.
