Last night, the head of the Kiryat Ya’arim Council, Yitzchok Ravitz, arrived at the home of the Ponovezher rosh yeshiva with a letter from President Reuven Rivlin in which he expresses his condolences on the petirah of Rav Povarsky’s brother, Rav Shalom Povarsky, who passed away after contracting Covid-19.
“I heard with great sorrow about the passing of your brother, the late Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Kol Torah in the Bayit Vagan neighborhood of Yerushalayim,” the president wrote.
“From the words of his disciples, I learned about the great love they had for him, about the closeness they felt towards him…”
Rivlin wrote: “The pain of the terrible plague that claims casualties among the House of Israel is great and immense. I hope that the zechus of your late brother zt”l will stand by you and be a meilitz yosher for Am Yisroel and the whole world.”

He might have caught “covid-19” after vaccination that he died from which sadly happened to hundreds of patients.
At least the good news is that not a single person died from the flu this year. That’s mamesh unbelievable. We are healthier than ever.

you do realize the same things that prevent corona prevent the flu. masks washing hands sanitizer preventing contact etc.
and its the regular flu didnt disappear but it did decrease thats what happens when people dont interact with eachother.i guess its hard to talk sense when your head is so twisted
