MOSCOW – Russian President Vladimir Putin used his annual State of the Nation address on Thursday to take aim at the West, threatening to use nuclear weapons against NATO countries if they send forces to help defend Ukraine from a Russian victory.
In a speech to Russia’s Federal Assembly that was predominantly dedicated to Russia’s domestic affairs, Putin delivered a tough warning, threatening retaliatory strikes against the West in the event of attacks on Russian territory.
“They must understand that we also have weapons that can hit targets on their territory,” he said, warning of “tragic consequences” if NATO forces were ever deployed to Ukraine. “All this really threatens a conflict with the use of nuclear weapons and the destruction of civilization. Don’t they get that?”
Western leaders, he continued, thought that war “is a cartoon,” adding that Russia’s “strategic nuclear forces are in a state of full readiness.” He boasted that Russia’s most advanced hypersonic nuclear-capable weapons, such as the Kinzhal and Zircon missiles, had been used in Ukraine, while others were in the final stages of testing.
Putin has hinted before of Russia’s readiness to use its nuclear weapons, but Thursday’s warning was unusually sharp.
“They are talking about the possible deployment of NATO military contingents to Ukraine,” said Putin, referring to this week’s comments by French President Emmanuel Macron, who suggested that the deployment of foreign forces to Ukraine remained an option – one that some NATO leaders including German Chancellor Olaf Scholz have since contradicted.
“We remember what happened to those who once sent their contingents to our country’s territory. Now, invaders will suffer much more tragic consequences,” said Putin, adding that Russia would also strengthen its western military district now that Sweden and Finland – which share a long land border with Russia – have joined the alliance.
Sweden cleared the final hurdle for admission to NATO when the Hungarian parliament approved its bid to join the alliance on Monday. Both Sweden and Finland applied to join NATO after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine two years ago.
As Putin touched on his familiar anti-Western themes, including his accusation that Western nations were determined to destroy Russia from within, his audience was composed of members of the military, Russian parliamentarians and handpicked members of the public such as sports stars, film directors and patriotic volunteers. Some in the audience nodded along and took notes during the president’s speech. Some stared blankly into space, while others chuckled and applauded on cue.
The speech was also broadcast live on advertising screens on shopping malls across the nation, as well as in movie theaters.
At the start of the address, which lasted for just over two hours, a moment of silence was observed for Russian soldiers fighting on the front line.
“The Special Military Operation was supported by the absolute majority of the people. People were adamant about this decision,” said Putin, using the Kremlin’s name for the war in Ukraine.
The Russian leader is poised to remain in power for the foreseeable future, with a presidential election next month that has been manipulated by the Kremlin to exclude real opponents. Only three other candidates have been allowed to run, part of the Kremlin’s effort to convey the sense of democratic competition without posing any threat to Putin’s rule.
All three have stated their support for Putin, while two antiwar candidates were both barred from running.
The speech comes at a sensitive moment politically – on the eve of the burial of his main political rival Alexei Navalny, in Moscow on Friday. Navalny’s widow, Yulia Navalnaya, on Wednesday accused Putin of ordering her husband’s murder and of preventing the family from renting a private hall where his coffin could be laid for a public farewell ahead of the funeral.
On Thursday, Navalny’s aides said that, with less than 24 hours before the funeral, the family had not been able to secure a hearse to transport his body.
“At first we were not allowed to rent a funeral hall to say goodbye to Alexei. Now … agents tell us that not a single hearse has agreed to transport the body,” wrote Kira Yarmysh, Navalny’s spokeswoman, on social media. “Unknown people call all the firms and threaten them in order to prevent them from taking Alexei’s body anywhere.”
Navalny was barred from running against Putin in the 2018 presidential election, was poisoned by Federal Security Service agents in 2020, was jailed in 2021 and died in the “Polar Wolf” prison on Feb. 16.
After Russia’s recent capture of the town of Avdiivka and nearby village of Lastochkyne – both settlements virtually leveled to the ground after months of Russian bombardment – Putin projected his growing confidence of a victory in Ukraine.
Uncertainty about Ukraine’s capacity to prevail against Russia has deepened with the failure of its counteroffensive last year – and with a $95 billion U.S. security assistance package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan stalled in Congress after Republican Speaker Mike Johnson sent the House on a two-week vacation without bringing the bill to a vote.

This is not new at all, for well over the last two centuries, exceptionally heavy propaganda of the “overpopulated” world was spewed out. “Official” Modern Medicine thus strongly encouraged and provided several methods to sharply limit family growth. Related to modern harmful synthetic medications is the modern production of food, which likewise employs many harmful synthetic substances. Entire fields of the original plants of the crops of our food are massively spayed with a major class of poisons called Pesticides, within which are several types: Insecticides, also called “Bug Sprays,” Herbicides, also called “Weed Killers,” Fungicides, Miticides, and Rodenticides. Just one apple often has as many as ONE HUNDRED different pesticides applied on it. When we eat this (pesticide treated) food WE INGEST INTO OURSELVES both the food AND also residues of the pesticides that had been applied on it. Furthermore, when pesticides are sprayed outside, they fall onto the plants and onto the ground where they seep into and flow over the ground to nearby canals & streams & rivers, which flow into our sources of water. When we drink that water & other drinks made with that water, we likewise ingest into ourselves both the water and remains of the pesticides that were dissolved in it.
Pesticides are exceedingly deadly poisons in the category of “neuro-toxins,” which means that they wreak a creature’s neurology. As people today are ingesting (from their food & water & other drinks) residues of these neuro-toxin-pesticide-poisons, it is understandable that these poison residues that they ingest will harm their neurology. So is there any wonder at all why in our modern age there has been such massive increases of all kinds of serious mental & emotional & Dementia & Alzheimer’s problems?????

Furthermore, several scientific studies done in the laboratories of several major universities have shown the shocking facts that when frogs are hit with certain herbicides, exceedingly horrific Toeiva problems occur in them, Rachmana Litzlan!! And these Toeiva causing herbicides are of the myriads of pesticides applied to the crops of our foods, which people today then ingest from that food and the water that residues of those herbicides get washed into. So is there any wonder at all why in our modern age there has been such massive explosions of Toeiva and the very worst forms of Toeiva?????

In our food & drinks is certainly not the only place where we meet up with our pesticide “friends.” In fact, our ingestion of them from food & drink is only a tiny pinprick of our encounters with them. For these horrific-demonic-poison-frothing-neurology-injuring-Toeiva-causing-monsters are literally ALL OVER the place!! They are massively sprayed not only on our fields, but also on our forests and on our parks and on our children’s playgrounds and on our gardens and on our yards and in our schools and in our offices and in our stores and in our apartment buildings and in our very homes. In the closet of the cleaning supplies of almost every contemporary house are cans of “Raid” or “Black Flag” or other bug sprays, and out in the garden shed of the back yard are bottles of “Ortho” or other ant & spider poisons and cans of “Round-Up” or other weed killers. When these products “don’t work,” we call professional exterminators who come and spray chemicals that are even more harmful & deadly.
Along with mental disturbances and Toeiva problems, that these pesticide items are also major carcinogens — they are major Yenem Machla causing agents — are well publicized facts.

The American Civil War (1861- 1865) was certainly a big start as estimates of the people tragically killed in it are well over seven hundred thousand. The First World War (1914 – 1918) was a huge leap past that as estimates of the people tragically killed are well over fifteen million. Of course, the Second World War (1931 – 1945) was definitely the most deadly conflict as estimates of the its killed people on all sides shoot way over eighty million.
But now that the world population has crossed the eight billion line, this evil gang, Yimach Shamo V’Zichro, that does not want human population, knows that they need slashes of far bigger numbers. The “instruments,” Rachmana Litzlan, are lying right there; Rachman Litzlan, they just need to be somehow turned on.

When Russia rightfully objected to this and eventually sent in its army, the US & NATO heavily ranted & raved.
Throughout this entire crises and years of war, the US & NATO completely mocked Russia’s several rightful objections and rigidly rejected any kind of compromise whatsoever. In fact, upon the beginning of the Russian incursion, Ukraine & Russia did work out a peaceful arrangement; in other words, the war would have ended barely after it had started!! But the US & the UK Governments sharply scolded their Ukraine-puppet-president and forced him to renege his promises!!
Furthermore, they continually armed Ukraine with more and more and more advanced offensive weapons, and with their Ukraine puppets, they attacked vital Russian bridges & pipelines, shot numerous drones & missiles into sovereign Russian territory, and even bragged that they will march in the streets of Moscow.
And now, they are openly declaring that they will make a full scale all out war of the US & all NATO against Russia.
