It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of R’ Yaakov Forkosh z”l. He was 27 years old.
R’ Yaakov passed away from injuries suffered in an accident in Kiryas Yoel, when the car he was in overturned into a sewer drain. He was extricated by emergency personnel, but he succumbed to his injuries.
R’ Yaakov was a son of Rabbi and Mrs. Mordechai Hersh Forkosh. His wife is a daughter of Rabbi and Mrs. Shmiel Landau.
