The Leadership Summit & Retreat for Menahelei Mosdos Chabad, directors and board members of Chabad schools and educational institutions, was held this week in Clarks Summit, PA, at The Jewish Discovery Center.

The event, which brought together heads of Chabad schools from around the world, included an unusual guest.

Rabbi Aaron Kotler, President of Beth Medrash Govoha (BMG), also known as the Lakewood Yeshiva, was a guest speaker at the two-day retreat that was organized by the Menachem Education Foundation (MEF).

Alongside Roshei Yeshiva, Rabbi Aaron Kotler acts as the President and CEO of the renowned Torah institution with approximately 7,000 students and 13,000 alumni. His participation was coordinated by his close friend, Rabbi Levi Shemtov, Executive Vice President of American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad) in Washington, DC.

At the retreat, Rabbi Kotler led 2 sessions for the Chabad menahalim and principals, on the topics of “Upping the efficacy of your moisad chinuch” and “Building your board and major gifts.”
