Rachmastrivka Rebbe Returns to Boro Park Following Extended Hospitalization

The Rachmastrivka Rebbe of Boro Park, who was hospitalized for several months, has now returned to Boro Park for the first time in a long time.

The rebbe, Rav Chai Yitzchok Isaac Twersky, is a son of Rav Yochanan Twersky of Rachmastrivka and a son-in-law of Rav Yaakov Yosef Twersky of Skver.

The rebbe, a renowned tzaddik and mashpiah, leads his bais medrash and kehillah in Boro Park.

After being treated at Maimonides Medical Center, the rebbe was transferred to the ICU at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

The rebbe returned to Boro Park last night, but will be convalescing for the time being at the home of Reb Shea Broker while his own house is outfitted with medical equipment to enable his proper medical care there starting before Yom Tov.

All are asked to daven for Rav Chai Yitzchok ben Esther Rivka.

    I was worried how we can approach a New Year without this tzaddik being mispallel on our behalf
