All are asked to daven and say Tehillim for the Rachmastrivka Rebbe, who has been transferred to Cleveland in order to stabilize his condition.

The rebbe, Rav Chai Yitzchok Isaac Twersky, is a son of Rav Yochanan Twersky of Rachmastrivka and a son-in-law of Rav Yaakov Yosef Twersky of Skver.

The rebbe, a renowned tzaddik and mashpiah, leads his bais medrash and kehillah in Boro Park, Brooklyn.

The rebbe had been in the ICU at Maimonides Medical Center in Boro Park, battling a severe case of pneumonia.

With the rebbe’s worsening condition, he was transferred on Friday to Cleveland, where he is under the close watch of a team of physicians. He was flown to Ohio on a private plane.

Prior to the rebbe‘s departure from Maimonides, the rebbe‘s children thanked the hospital staff for their dedicated care of the rebbe.

All are asked to daven for Rav Chai Yitzchok ben Esther Rivka.
