Rav Ahron Chodosh, mashgiach of Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim has been rushed to the hospital with chest pain and shortness of breath.
This news comes just hours after the petirah of Rav Refoel Shmulevitz zt”l, one of the roshei yeshiva of the Mir in Yerushalayim.
Rav Chodosh is being treated at Hadassah Ein Keren Medical Center.
Earlier Monday night, Rav Chodosh had attended the wedding of a daughter of Reb Nati Grossman in the Shiras Yerushalayim Hall. Several hours later, he felt unwell and was taken to the hospital.
The 85-year-old mashgiach is undergoing tests and is under close observation. It is not yet clear if he will be released in time to attend Rav Shmulevitz’s levayah tomorrow.
All are asked to daven for a refuah sheltimah for Rav Aharon Dovid ben Tziviah.
