Rav Yitzchok Pinter zt”l, Rov of Bikovsk-Bnei Brak

It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of Rav Yitzchok Pinter zt”l, rov of Khal Bikovsk in Bnei Brak. He was 69.

Rav Yitzchok was a son of Rav Shmuel Shmelke Pinter, rov of Bikvosk and nosi of the Yesodei HaTorah institutions in London, and a grandson of Rav Chaim Pinter.

Rav Yitzchok was an outstanding ben Torah in his youth and already at the age of 17 received heter horaah. He was a talmid of Rav Yechiel Michel Feinstein and became close to Rav Itzikel of Pshevorsk.

He married his wife, Chana Bracha, a daughter of Rav Shmiel Pinter of Belz.

In Bnei Brak, he established his bais medrash, Bais Chana, on Rechov Harav Dessler. Later he established the Bikovsker Kollel in Bnei Brak.

His children include Rav Dovid Elimelech Pinter, Rav Chaim Pinter, Rav Meir Avraham Pinter, and Mrs. Taub, wife of Rav Yechezkel Taub, son of the Rebbe of Modzitz.
