It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of Rebbitzen Sarah Etel Freifeld a”h.
Rebbetzin Freifeld, originally from Costa Rica, was the second wife of the great Rav Shlomo Freifeld zt”l, founder of Yeshiva Sh’or Yoshuv, who remarried after his first wife passed away.
Rebbetzin Sarah Etel, crowning a great life journey of her own, joined Rav Shlomo in his last years, serving for him and his talmidim as a rock of strength and devotion.
The levayah will take place tomorrow, Sunday, at 11 a.m., at Yeshiva Sh’or Yoshuv, located at 1 CedarLawn Ave in Far Rockaway, NY.
The aron will then be flow to Eretz Yisroel for kevurah there.
