The Jerusalem Post reports that Iranian media claimed last night that Israel’s Mossad allegedly attempted to attack the Islamic Republic of Iran’s key Fordow nuclear enrichment site, and that an employee had been given cash and a laptop to sabotage the site, but that he was caught and arrested by the IRGC.
Following that failure, a wide number of Israeli government websites were hit by a massive cyberattack, believed to have been affiliated with Iran.
There is no way to independently confirm the reports or to know the correlation between the two incidents.
