The Sanzer Rebbe of Netanya is traveling this evening from Eretz Yisroel to the United States, where he will visit his mother, the Sanzer Rebbetzin, who resides in Union City, NJ.
The Rebbetzin is the wife of the previous Sanz-Klausenberger Rebbe, Rav Yekusiel Yehuda Halberstam zt”l, the Shefa Chaim.
The Sanzer Rebbe will be visiting the United States for just 48 hours.
The Rebbe generally undertakes this trip twice a year to visit his elderly mother.
The Rebbe will soon be celebrating, on 5 Adar II, the wedding of his grandson, a son of his son, Rav Y. M. D. Halberstam, Sanzer rosh yeshiva, who is a son-in-law of the gaavad of Makov-Elad. The kallah is a granddaughter of the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe, a daughter of his son-in-law, Rav Efraim Aharon Lemberger, the son of the gaavad of Makov-Bnei Brak zt”l.
The Rebbe will receive the Rebbetzin’s mazel tov wishes and bracha in honor of the upcoming simcha.
