Senator Bernie Sanders, the far-left independent from Vermont known for his anti-Israel views, is praising Canada’s decision to stop weapons sales to Israel and is calling on the US to end military aid to Israel.
“Canada’s parliament has voted to stop arms sales to Israel. They are absolutely right to do so,” Bumbling Bernie posted on X.
“Given the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, including widespread and growing starvation, the US should not provide another nickel for Netanyahu’s war machine,” he wrote.
