Staff Sergeant Nerya Belete Killed In Battle In Gaza

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit released the name of a fallen soldier on Sunday morning after notifying the family:

Staff Sergeant Nerya Belete, aged 21, hailing from Shavei Shomron, lost his life in combat in the southern Gaza Strip. Belete was a member of the Givati Brigade.

Additionally, an officer and two soldiers from the Givati Brigade sustained serious injuries during the battle in the southern Gaza Strip. They were promptly evacuated for medical care at a hospital.
