Over the past three years, Mediterranean fish, particularly the six-inch long White-Seabream, have begun nipping and nibbling swimmers, Times of Israel reported. In the Kinneret, people are being assailed by St. Peter’s fish and other species.
Prof. Yoav Yair, dean of the School of Sustainability at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzlia, said that although no research has been done to check if there is an actual rise in fish attacks, the Mediterranean fish may be stressed by a 5.4°F degree temperature rise over the past thirty years and by impact of their habitat by shipping and gas drilling.
Some cockroaches have also become hyperactive. The ground hugging insects are now infesting higher level apartments. In addition, due to rising temperatures, Israel has joined a list of sixty countries warm enough to host the destructive palm beetle.

Had this happened in Arab, or Iranian waters, the Muslims would immediately claim that Israel has programmed fish against their citizens. Iran would add that the CIA invented the methodology.
And of course the article is all hearsay, and does not mention any statistical study of fish bites or cockroaches more common now than fifty years ago. Probably written by a dogmatic priest of the church of Al Gore.
