It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the tragic passing of Toba Rochel Neuman a”h. She was 5 years old.
Toba Rochel had just been dropped off at about 11:20 a.m. at 59 South Madison Avenue, between West Funston Avenue and Hillman Place, in Spring Valley, not far from her home, when she was hit by a school bus from Mosdos Satmar.
Hatzolah volunteers arrived at the scene and treated Toba Rochel, to no avail.
The accident is being investigated.
The levayah is being held now at Bais Medrash Vyoel Moshe of Satmar on Monsey Blvd. in Monsey.
