The founder of a Russian propaganda center in New York — who helped push an “I Love Russia” campaign — was hit with federal charges Tuesday that she acted as an illegal agent of the Kremlin, the NY Post reports.
Alleged spy Elena Branson launched the Russia Center New York in Manhattan in 2012, after receiving the authorization from the highest levels of the Russian government, Manhattan prosecutors charged. They alleged that she even corresponded with Russian President Vladimir Putin himself as part of the effort. The center served as a Kremlin
A dual citizen of Russia and the US, Branson, 61, also served as the chairperson of the Russian Community Council of the USA, an organization that targeted kids in the US and sought to promote Russian history and culture.

Just what is the alleged crime here? Sounds like she did a lot LESS than Hunter Biden (among others) have done. Other sites add the word “lobbying” (which also applies in spades to Hunter Biden) might have requited registration as an agent
Why is the word “spy” used when the allegations (on other sites) is alleged lobbying? Just what or whom did she allegation spy on? I remember how the media howled in deafening feigned outrage over those who labelled what the Democrats did to listen in and monitor Trump as “spying”.
An agent for Russia is illegal but for the Pentagon to send US taxpayer’s money to the Nutzi Cabal in Ukraine to produce viruses and other bio weapons chemicals is legal and should be supported at all cost.
